Weekend tour to the Carpathians

Day 1
– Arrival to Ivano-Frankivsk by train.
– Transfer to Kolomyia. Check-in at the hotel.
10:00-13:00 Departure to Yaremche – the most popular tourist center of the Carpathians, located on the Prut River. Excursion in Yaremche – overview of Yaremche waterfall “Probii”, over which you pass over the 20 meters high bridge river to the market of gutsulsky souvenirs.
13:00-14:00 Lunch at a restaurant.
14:00-19:00 Transfer to Vorohta. Ski jumps iInspection, where international competitions in ski jumping took place in the 80s. Entrance to the base “Zaroslyak.” Inspection of the Prut River cascading waterfall (80 m). Fascinating trip – climbing to the highest point of Ukraine – Hoverla (2061 meter above sea level), where you will feel true pride in achieving the goal, and the panorama of the picturesque Carpathians will give you an unforgettable composure.
19:00-20:00 Transfer to the hotel. Dinner at a national restaurant.
20:00 Time at leisure.

Day 2
08:00-09:00 Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out.
09:00-12:00 Tour over the historic city of Colomyia with visiting the unique museums: “Pysanka” – the only museum of pysanka in the world,; Museum of Gutsulschyna ( the museum’s collection is made of Hutsul antiques, more than 22 thousand pieces of wood treated with metal and leather, yarn , embroidery ) and history Museum of Colomyia History (where antiques are presented with the Austro – Hungarian government, exhibits of the Second World War as well as the primaeval system ).
12:00-13:00 Lunch at a restaurant.
13:00-17:00 Transfer to Ivano-Frankivsk. Sightseeing tour of the Prikarpattya regional center – Ivano-Frankivsk (Sheptytskyi Maidan – a monument to the Virgin Mary – Potocki Palace – market square – Mickiewicz Square – Hetmansky Shafts – a monument to the 2000th anniversary of the birth of Christ). Visiting an art museum, synagogue, cathedral, city hall.
17:00-17:30 Transfer to the railway station.
– Departure from Ivano-Frankivsk.
